MapDisto 2.1 features new meta-QTL analysis (F2 populations only), Kruskal-Wallis QTL detection for F2 populations.
The Windows version now can do genotype imputation using R/qtl argmax (the macOS version already had it).
This version runs on:
- Windows 10 and Excel 2019/365 (should also run on previous versions of Excel/Windows)
- Apple macOS and Excel 2011
