Java 9 compatibility

MapDisto users who recently installer Java 9 on their macOS machines probably noticed the warning message when running commands of the MapDisto Addons. This includes imputation with LB-Impute, VCF conversion, and computation of LOD score and recombination fraction matrices. Version 2.0 beta 99g now recognizes Java 9 and no longer delivers the warning message.
